What counts as an "automation"?

The plan metric is simple: every message Orbit sends ON ITS OWN in your name counts:

• AI replies (Native or BYON);
• DMs triggered by a flow;
• Automatic public replies to comments.

What doesn't count: messages received from customers, and replies you or your team type manually in the Inbox. You pay when Orbit works for you — never for work that's yours.

With burst grouping (Pro+), several consecutive customer messages produce one reply — that's 1 automation, not 3.
