Orbit Creators Terms

Orbit Creators is a rewards program that grants extra automations to subscribers who promote Orbit to their audience by meeting the goals described in these terms. Participation is free and optional.

To enroll, the participant must, cumulatively:

• Be an active subscriber on a Pro or Scale plan;
• Have a Business or Creator Instagram account connected to Orbit;
• Have at least 5,000 followers on that account.

Enrollment is done on the account settings page and officially registers participation in the program.

The tier is set by the follower count at enrollment and determines reward values:

• Nano — from 5,000 followers;
• Micro — from 25,000 followers;
• Creator — from 100,000 followers.

Higher tiers receive larger rewards per action and exclusive perks (badge, priority support and featured placement on the creators page), as shown in the table published on the program page.

Rewards are granted for three types of action, assessed per monthly cycle:

• Stories: publish 10 stories in the month mentioning @expertorbit in the story;
• Reels: publish 3 reels in the month with the @expertorbit account tagged in the post ("Tag people" feature). Writing @expertorbit in the caption alone does not count: tagging is the only format the Instagram integration is able to verify;
• Referral: each person who signs up for Orbit through your referral link and becomes a paying subscriber.

Only posts published by the handle provided at enrollment are counted, and the account must be public at the time of verification. The value of each reward varies by tier and is described in the program's official table. Extra automations are credited to the participant's plan and valid within the current monthly cycle.

Each tier has a maximum bonus cap accruable per monthly cycle (Nano: 2,000; Micro: 5,000; Creator: unlimited). Rewards exceeding the tier cap in the cycle are not granted, and the excess is discarded — it does not carry over to the next cycle.

Referral verification is automatic: the reward is granted the moment the referred user completes the paid subscription. Story and reel verification depends on Instagram integration features and will be enabled in due course; while not active, those counters remain unavailable, which is transparently shown in the participant's panel.

To protect the integrity of the program:

• Referrals only count when the referred user becomes a paying subscriber — free sign-ups earn no reward;
• Self-referral is prohibited: using your own link earns no reward;
• Each referred subscriber is counted once;
• Orbit may, at its discretion, suspend participations showing signs of fraud, fake accounts, bought followers or artificial engagement, forfeiting rewards obtained irregularly.

Participation requires an active Pro or Scale subscription. If the participant downgrades to a lower plan (Free or Start) or cancels the subscription, the program is paused: new rewards stop being granted and counters halt, until the participant returns to an eligible plan.

Orbit may change the rules, reward values, tiers or terminate the program at any time, with notice on the program page. Rewards already granted and valid in the current cycle are preserved.
