Hierarchy: who replies to what

How does Orbit decide who replies? Strict, predictable rules:

1. Keyword flow beats the AI: if the keyword matches, the flow fires and the AI stays quiet;
2. Specific-post flow beats the generic one: a flow set for a concrete post outranks the "any comment" flow;
3. The AI handles the rest: no keyword match, the message goes to the AI with your catalog and rules;
4. A human pauses everything: you typed in the Inbox → automation pauses for that contact until you resume it.
