How to connect your Instagram

Your account must be a Business or Creator account. There are two connection modes under Settings → Channels:

• Facebook Login (recommended): if your Instagram is linked to a Facebook Page, click the button, authorize and pick the account. Orbit sets everything up, including the webhook subscription.
• Instagram Login (Business Login): direct connection through the Instagram account itself, no Facebook required.

Tip: in the Instagram app, under Privacy → Messages, make sure connected tools are allowed to access messages.
