Facebook: Messenger and Page comments

When you connect your Instagram through Facebook, Orbit offers to connect the linked Page too. With that you handle, in the same panel:

• Messenger DMs from your Page, in the same Inbox as Instagram and WhatsApp — with AI, take over and transcribed audio;
• Comments on Facebook posts, with public reply and automatic DM, configured under Flows.

Where each thing lives: Facebook comment automation is built on the Flows screen, alongside Instagram's. The Comments screen, which lists comments one by one to reply, hide or delete by hand, currently shows Instagram only.

Counts as a single channel

Instagram + Facebook Page connected together count as one channel on your plan. It is the same business with two front doors.
