How to connect your WhatsApp

Orbit uses the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API — stable, with no risk of unfair bans. The connection asks for three credentials in Settings → Channels:

1. Phone Number ID — your number's unique ID;
2. WABA ID — your WhatsApp Business account ID at Meta;
3. Access token — a permanent System User token, generated for the Orbit app.

⚠️ One prerequisite comes before the credentials. The Orbit app needs access to your Meta account, and the token must be generated for it. That is what lets Orbit receive your messages.
