Sending photos, videos, voice notes and emojis

From the Inbox you can send media (images, videos, audio and documents) and emojis in any conversation, on Instagram and WhatsApp. Files upload securely and are delivered through the official API.

Media received from customers also shows up right in the conversation — photos, voice notes (with automatic transcription) and videos.
