Voice note transcription: how it works and how many you get

When a customer sends audio on Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp, Orbit transcribes it automatically (Whisper): the text appears in your Inbox and the AI replies to the content as if it had listened.

Each plan has a monthly transcription quota:

• Free: 20 per month — enough to feel the magic;
• Start: 200 per month;
• Pro and Scale: unlimited.

Out of quota? Audio keeps arriving in the Inbox and you listen normally — only automatic transcription pauses until the next cycle.
