Writing a good Catalog and Rules

The secret of an AI that sells well is how you instruct it, in your channel's Agent Builder:

• Prevent price hallucination: be explicit. E.g.: "Product X costs $97. Never invent promotions or discounts that aren't listed here."
• Format the catalog as bullet points: name, price and terms, one per line.
• Define the tone of voice: "Always reply short and friendly. Use emojis."

The clearer the catalog, the less the AI invents — and the more it converts.
