When the AI goes quiet (on purpose)

Three situations where the silence is deliberate:

1. You took over the conversation — clicking "Take over" mutes the AI in that conversation until you hand control back;
2. The contact opted out — anyone sending STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL or OPTOUT (or the equivalent in their language) stops receiving automation until they send START, RESUME or SUBSCRIBE;
3. The WhatsApp 24-hour window closed — outside it, only approved templates.
